Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 15 days. If it has been more than 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

All products returned to VibrollPaw must be in their original packaging, with all original items. If the original packaging is not available, please securely package the item using a replacement box and suitable packaging to ensure the device is well protected.

The return address varies by product but will be included on the return label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless

there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have

received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
